Restaurant K Royal Lane LLC is an exciting and emerging restaurant group focused on creating an environment where East meets West. We are building a passionate team to operate and serve the guests of Nuri Grill, a new Dallas-based steakhouse with Asian influences. We are committed to our mission of inspiring people to embrace different cultures of the world.

We are currently seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. The Server Assistant is responsible for helping servers maintain steps of service for our guests. Work alongside service and support staff to provide a great dining experience to restaurant guests, while maintaining a professional attitude and work environment. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests, with primary responsibilities to assigned station.

• Must maintain a professional and welcoming attitude while at work.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Maintain an equally balanced presence between kitchen and floor whenever possible.
• Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests.
• Removes soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensure that tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seatings.
• Must be able to discuss and instruct each guest using the scripts pertaining to the appropriate table-side items served.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and general service areas.
• Upholds a high sanitation and safety standard
• May be cross trained as/called upon to execute duties in other positions when necessary.

• At least 2+years of experience (casual fine dining environment preferred)
• Must have a positive attitude
• Exhibiting teamwork
• Must love cleaning, maintaining table, dining room, and where else in need
• Must be 16+ and able to work independently
• Ability to acquire a valid Texas Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hiring
